NSE Lab Based Learning Programs
Dream Big with our 2025 Summer Camps!
CAD, 3D printing, soldering, programming, and much more, our students learned the fundamental skills needed to build space hardware! Check us out on Instagram to see what our campers were up to last year! 2025 will bring even bigger and better programs.

2025 will feature 3 different exciting programs:
MARS! – Apply your STEM skills to save the Mars Sample Return mission! Activities will include soldering, 3D CAD, rocketry, programming robots, and building payloads a High-Altitude Balloon launch.
SATELLITES! – Learn how the NearSpace Launch engineers design and build their satellites, then make and test fly your own! Activities will include soldering, 3D printing, the PDR and CDR process, programming payloads and flight computers, and taking charge of all aspects of the High-Altitude Balloon test flight.
OVERNIGHTS! – In this extended program, campers will combine the best activities from the Mars and Satellites sessions as they spend an entire week at the world headquarters of NearSpace Education in Upland, Indiana. They will arrive on Monday and depart on Friday (transportation to and from the Indianapolis Airport will be available) and will stay in the Taylor University dorms.

New Aerospace Club!
An 8-week club meeting weekly for students in 6th – 12th grades, meeting during the school year. Prepare to take flight with us and experience the fascinating world of aerospace technology!
